This is a cleaning service, not a lab test. We do not sample for mold. If you need confirmation, a qualified indoor-air professional should test before or after cleaning. A clear limit

Not every dirty vent is mold. Most buildup is ordinary dust. Mold cannot be confirmed by sight. If you suspect growth on walls, ceilings or insulation, contact a qualified mold professional for those materials.

Do you test for mold?

No. We clean HVAC components and accessible ductwork. Testing requires sampling and a lab.

Will the smell be gone the same day?

Many customers notice a difference once the coil and pan are clean. If moisture keeps returning, the drain or a building leak has to be fixed or the odor can come back.

Is this the same as air duct sanitizing?
