What’s the difference between air duct cleaning and HVAC cleaning?
Air duct cleaning covers the ductwork, registers and plenums. HVAC cleaning covers the equipment, including the evaporator coil, blower wheel, drain pan and air handler cabinet. Many systems benefit from both.
How is HVAC mold treatment different from air duct sanitizing?
Sanitizing is an antimicrobial treatment applied to duct surfaces after cleaning, usually for lingering odors. HVAC mold treatment focuses on the wet AC components, such as the coil, drain pan and blower, where buildup is more likely. We don’t test for mold.
Do you clean dryer vents too?
Yes. Residential and commercial dryer vent cleaning are available alongside air duct and HVAC services.
Do you replace ducts and attic insulation?
Yes. AC duct replacement, attic insulation removal and blown-in attic insulation are available alongside air duct cleaning.
